You only need six simple ingredients and 8 hours of cooking on low, then you can decide whether to serve over buttered egg noodles or rice - they're both fantastic and perfect on a cold winter's night!

- 1lb Stew Meat
- Fresh Ground Pepper
- 10.5oz Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 10.5oz Can of French Onion Soup
- 1 - Brown Gravy Mix Packet
- Buttered Egg Noodles or White Rice
Instructions:
- Spray your crock pot or slow cooker with cooking spray.
- Place your meat in the bottom and add fresh ground pepper - I like a lot!
- In a separate bowl, mix both soups and gravy packet together.
- Pour soup mix over beef.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
- Serve meat and luscious gravy over noodles or rice.
